I am Claudia Perry-Beltrame the founder of Cultural Inspirations and the creator of Work Culture Mastery Tools. I help organisational stakeholders overcome current complexities through collaboration, tapping into the collective wisdom and co-creating change so they can fulfil their aspirations. At the same time we develop adaptable and fearless workplaces.
I also provide leadership as an Interim Manager particularly if the organisation is experiencing change or requires some culture work. I have experience working in the Community Sector, Higher Education, Government, Tourism and Interior Design/Textile Manufacturing.

I hold qualifications for the Master of Business Administration with specialisation in change management and governance, a Bachelor of Commerce with majors in marketing and electronic commerce and a Diploma of Project Management.
I volunteer actively on boards and reference groups. For Junior Chamber International Illawarra I received numerous leadership and honorary awards. I partake in and support the local arts, human rights and peace movements.
